VCM Inc. has been a general contractor for 14 years and has a great reputation in this service area. The main market VCM Inc. has focused on is government projects, but has recently branched out to the commercial market as well. For Viteri Construction, there is no project too big or small.
VCMI also offer its clients the option to design their future project anywhere throughout the East Coast. With over 25 years of experience combined in design and design-build, the Viteri team can make different designs focusing on the clients’ needs, wants and budget. Viteri Construction is capable of surveying and estimating many projects. Pre-construction surveys are available along with estimates on any project you may want done in the near or far future.
Viteri offers the option of representing our clients. Maybe you just do not have enough time or maybe you’re just not too construction savvy…well one of our skilled and educated project managers can attend meetings and site visits and help you along with the entire project, helping you better understand what problems may lie ahead or where money can be saved.
Engineering is one of the President’s specialties. Carlos Viteri, P.E., holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with Graduate Studies in Engineering Management and Geotechnical Engineering. With over 28 years of experience in just the Tidewater area, you know you are getting a highly skilled professional that can help you with all of your engineering questions and needs.
With a team that has over 30 years of quality control management, VCMI can surely offer a quality project for all of our clients. Viteri has Corps of Engineers Certificates in Construction Quality Management and is prided on always managing its projects quality with multiple inspections throughout the project phases.
Viteri Construction can also maintain your facilities if you just do not have enough time or manpower. You set the plan and the schedule and we can be there for you.
Viteri Construction can offer many types of inspections. Some include: bridge safety inspections, overhead sign inspections, quality control inspections of project sites, post-construction inspections, and pier and bulkhead inspections.
