Viteri Construction's 17th Anniversary - May 1, 2010
Viteri Construction is celebrating its 17th year in business. VCM, Inc. was incorporated on May 1, 1993 in VA. Viteri has had its good years and harder years but with great management and teamwork, Viteri has always succeeded. The company will celebrate with a wonderful lunch on May 3rd in the new City Center in Newport News, VA.
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in Grassy Key, FL - April 9, 2010
Mr Carlos Viteri along with employees, Susan Grant, Richard Cain, and Lewis Meadows attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the grand opening of the USCG's Green Building Home Project in Marathon, FL.The project consisted of 3-three bedroom homes, three duplexes, and a maintenance building. The homes are certified by LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, for meeting serious technical guidelines. Viteri Construction is the first to build the first LEED certified homes for the United States Coast Guard. Viteri Construction being the prime contractor on this project worked rigorously with many subcontractors in the area to complete this project in a quality and timely manner.

VCMI becomes 49% owner of DAL Construction, LLC - March 2009
Viteri saw the opportunity to do business with DAL Construction, LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. DAL, LLC has wanted to enter into the federal market, and by partnering with Viteri, they are able to meet many more requirements, such as bonding and experience. Viteri is supporting DAL in the constrution management side as well as the administrative side in all facets of the RFP's and current projects.
