About VCM's President

Mr. Carlos O. Viteri Mr. Carlos O. Viteri is President and CEO of Viteri Construction Management, Inc. His principal areas of specialization include engineering, design-build, construction management, and estimation. Mr. Viteri holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with graduate studies in Engineering Management and Geo-technical Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has over 28 years of experience in the Tidewater area.
